I bought a non-stick pan from ProCook a few weeks back and I’ve ended up using it nearly every day.
It’s been great for simple stuff like eggs, pancakes and stir fry. Food slides out easily and I barely need to use any oil, which is really useful for quick meals.
Cleaning it is easy too, usually just a quick wipe and it’s done. I can’t say how it’ll hold up long term yet, but so far I’m really pleased and it feels like good value.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the refund came through quickly and I didn’t have to chase anyone down for it.

Had another problem with my pan order, which was frustrating. They did fix it eventually, but the replies were slow and I had to chase them up twice. Just feels tiring dealing with the same kind of thing again

I ordered a few bits from ProCook and, to be fair, the products themselves were perfectly fine. No complaints on that side at all. The only thing that left me feeling a bit put off was the delivery cost, it just seemed a little high for a fairly small order. I actually held back from adding a couple more items because of it. I’d probably shop there again if I needed something specific, but the delivery price could be a bit more reasonable

Went in just trying to grab a few basics, but once again the range felt really small and like everything was basically the same. It’s getting a bit tiring running into this every time. Disappointing, honestly

It showed up safe and sound, and the packaging was really well done. Nothing was damaged or loose, so yeah, happy with it tbh.

The staff in the store were really helpful and seemed to know a lot about what they were talking about, if that makes sense. Made the whole visit easy and straightforward

I stopped by to check out some pans, and it was okay overall. The staff were friendly, I’ll give them that, though when I asked a question they didn’t really seem to know much more than I did. The prices looked fair, so that was a plus, but a few of the shelves were a bit messy and made the place feel less put together. I did end up buying one thing, and it’s fine so far. Not a bad shop, but I’m not totally convinced I’d go out of my way to come back

A friend recommended this to me, so I was really looking forward to trying it, but I’m disappointed with the delivery time. It’s been over a week and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive.

I ordered a pan set from ProCook and, the communication was very good from start to finish. I received the order confirmation straight away, followed by dispatch details and tracking info, so I never had to chase anything up.
The delivery arrived within the timeframe they had stated, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice when a retailer keeps things straightforward and keeps you properly informed. Would be happy to use ProCook again

I bought a knife set from ProCook a few weeks ago and I’ve genuinely been really impressed with them. They were properly sharp straight out of the box, not just “new knife” sharp for the first couple of uses, but actually sharp enough that chopping veg and slicing meat feels so much quicker and easier than it did with my old set. It’s one of those things where you don’t realise how blunt your old knives were until you use decent ones. They’ve been getting regular use since I bought them and they’re still cutting really well so far. The only thing I’d say is you do need to pay attention when washing them, because they’re definitely sharper than what I was used to, so I’ve been a bit more careful handling them in the sink. Overall though, really happy with them.

I reached out expecting to wait a while, but they replied really fast. My issue was sorted without much hassle, which was nice because I thought it might turn into a whole thing...

I’ve only been using this pan for a few weeks and it’s already starting to peel, even though I’ve just been using it normally. Not saying it’s a scam, but the quality is definitely not what I expected. Disappointed with it

I’m really happy with it so far. It has a nice weight to it, not too heavy, but enough to feel steady and well made. The balance is better than a few similar ones I’ve tried from other brands, which makes it easier and more comfortable to use. Overall, it just feels like good quality in the hand...

The staff were helpful when they finally got back to me, but it took longer than I expected. I didn’t think it would turn into such a stressful wait, which was frustrating.

I did end up getting a deal, so I can’t complain too much, but the discount codes were kind of hit or miss. Some worked, some didn’t, and it wasn’t always clear why. I’m always a little skeptical when companies make everything sound super smooth and “easy” in their wording, because in reality I had to mess around with the checkout more than I expected.

I just toss it in the dishwasher. It comes out clean every time. No scrubbing. No hassle.

I bought this pan set from ProCook because my old ones were useless on my induction hob, and to be fair, these have actually been great. They worked straight away, heat up quickly, and sit flat instead of wobbling about like my previous set. Delivery was perfectly fine too, which is always a small miracle these days. Really happy with them so far, simple, no faff, and better than I expected.

I had a problem with one of my pans and got in touch with ProCook about the warranty. I’ll be honest, I felt a bit frustrated at first because it took a little while to get everything sorted, but they did come through and replaced it in the end. Once it was all dealt with, I felt much better about it. Overall, good service.

After using these pans for about a week, I started noticing the same issue every time I cooked. The food in the middle would burn quickly, while the edges were still barely cooking. I tried adjusting the heat a few times, but it didn’t really help. It’s been frustrating because I expected the pan to heat more evenly.
